This site exists to collect one thing: your email address, so we can let you know when the keepfound beta opens. This page explains what we do with it, in plain language.
Who we are
keepfound LLC (“keepfound,” “we,” “us”) is a California company that builds AI visibility tools for apartment communities. We run this website. If you have any question about your data, email us at privacy@keepfound.ai.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you type it into the waitlist form and press the button. We also record the date you joined and that you came from this landing page.
- Basic technical information that every web server receives when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. Our hosting provider uses this to keep the site online and to block abuse. We may also use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
We do not set our own cookies, use advertising trackers, or collect anything else. The waitlist form includes a hidden field that helps us tell people apart from spam bots; it is never shown to you and never filled in by real visitors.
Why we collect it
To tell you when the beta is open and to send occasional updates about keepfound. That is the whole purpose. We do not use your email for anything unrelated to keepfound.
Where it is stored
Your email is stored in a secure cloud database, and this website is served through a content delivery network. Both are established providers with their own security practices. Your email is sent to our database over an encrypted connection and is not exposed to the public.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the service providers we need to run the site and send email (our hosting provider, our database provider, and an email delivery service when we send updates). They handle data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address. We would only disclose it if a law required us to.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need a waitlist, whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email privacy@keepfound.ai and we will take care of it, usually within a few days.
- We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is for people who work in multifamily housing. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
